You will drive our team development and learning program, to support the company’s growth plan. Developing, delivering, and measuring training and development activities are critical components of supporting our team. As well as providing an excellent onboarding experience for new staff, this role will work closely with the management team to deliver the training and development needs for the organization, with an initial focus on customer-facing activities.
ReactJS Front-End Developer, UK
You will be our front-end specialist – our go-to person for developing and improving the latest tools for our customers, and internal team. However, being in a small team, you will also be expected to work on our entire software offering. You will be developing real-time control systems in C#, upgrading, and improving the API’s for hardware control, and may even be developing firmware for our hardware.
Project Engineer (production), UK
You will oversee equipment manufacture fulfillment, from sales order confirmation through to despatch and installation. The project engineer is responsible for the accurate, on-time, and profitable fulfillment of both engineered to order product lines and configured, repeatable product offerings.
Field Service Engineer, West Coast, U.S.A.
We are looking for someone to continue the expansion of our services in the United States, with a Field Services Engineer to cover the US West Coast. The nature of the role and support required means that the individual ideally lives within convenient commuting distance of the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong, demonstrable track record in servicing scientific instruments, or relevant scientific background allied to an aptitude for a technical role.
Sales Account Manager, Central Zone, U.S.A.
We are looking for someone to continue the growth of our U.S. business, focussing on sales in the Central Zone of the U.S.A. The nature of the role and support required means that the individual ideally lives within convenient commuting distance of the assigned territory. This position follows on from significant investments made in sales and service capabilities in North America (and more globally) over the past 12-18 months.
Account Manager, Bioprocess Sales, U.K., and Northern Europe
We are looking for someone to continue the growth of our innovative bioprocess portfolio in Europe. The nature of the role and support required means that the individual ideally is free to travel throughout the territory in the UK and Northern Europe. This position follows on from significant investments made in the product area and the overall global commercial team over the past 12-18 months.
Inside Sales Representative, U.S.A.
We are looking for someone to continue our sales expansion of the U.S. business, with an Inside Sales Representative to cover all the U.S. and Canada. The nature of the role and support required means that the individual can live anywhere within the region.
The ideal candidate will grow their assigned customer portfolio to achieve and exceed annual pricing, order, and revenue targets, through outbound and inbound call activities. They will also establish and achieve effective, proactive call schedules to increase sales growth and productivity.
