Sales Account Manager, U.K. and Eire
This role will be primarily building on a strong home market, in the UK and Eire, for H.E.L’s chemical automation and safety portfolio products and being part of a team that helps to deliver on H.E.L’s global strategic growth plan. To support this growth plan, significant investments have been made across all key areas of the business over the past 18 months, with a specific focus on driving commercial effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong, demonstrable track record in selling scientific instruments, with a proven ability to be self-motivated and deliver results.
Product Manager, Service and After-Sales
This role will be responsible for building and developing H.E.L’s global after-sales business plan and strategy. The role holder will focus on ensuring the provision of quality service to customers, and as a result, this person will be responsible for driving and delivering after-sales revenue and growth.
S/he will ensure that all commercial and tactical aspects of the after-sales offering, such as the necessary tools, training, and service packages, are effective and in place for the global after-sales team. This person will interact with the rest of the Product Management function to ensure that service requirements are integrated into product strategy development/NPI.
Project Engineer (production), UK
You will oversee equipment manufacture fulfillment, from sales order confirmation through to despatch and installation. The project engineer is responsible for the accurate, on-time, and profitable fulfillment of both engineered to order product lines and configured, repeatable product offerings.
Account Manager, Bioprocess Sales, U.K., and Northern Europe
We are looking for someone to continue the growth of our innovative bioprocess portfolio in Europe. The nature of the role and support required means that the individual ideally is free to travel throughout the territory in the UK and Northern Europe. This position follows on from significant investments made in the product area and the overall global commercial team over the past 12-18 months.
