Stirred and fixed-bed reactors for catalytic & thermal conversions (hydrogenation reactor, polymerisation, hydrocracking, bio-fuel synthesis etc.) are supplied to a range of industries. Often at elevated temperature & pressure, we specialise in research scale, multi-reactor and high pressure reactors processing, testing, equipment and systems. Both manual and fully automated solutions are available. Custom designs to client flowsheets are also supplied including pilot scale processes.
The FlowCAT SA - This affordable semi- automated (SA) delivers high pressure flow chemistry catalytic reactions in a compact, bench top unit, ideal for Hydrogenation, Carbonylation or other high-pressure chemistry.

This is a highly automated platform that allows parallel screening of catalytic reactions. Each sample can be at a different temperature and pressure and the reaction process (in term of gas consumption) is tracked in real time which provides information on reaction kinetics. Pressure of 200bar and temperature up to 250C is possible.
