Software Engineer (Multiple positions)
These roles will work closely with our external software agency as we transition knowledge into the business. You will be our front-end specialist – our go to person for developing and improving the latest tools for our customers, and internal team. You will be developing real-time control systems in C#, upgrading, and improving the API’s for hardware control, and may even be developing firmware for our hardware.
Global After Sales Manager
The Global After Sales Manager is responsible for the strategy and daily management of outstanding customer service and supporting company growth. They will manage the day-to-day activities of both local field service engineers and the office-based service team. The role is ideally suited to an individual who is excited by creating and growing businesses and defining ways of working- setting up processes and SOPs is a key short-to-medium term objective of this role.
Field Service Team Leader, Americas
As a team leader, you will be responsible for the daily management and delivery of the customer after-sales experience, with accountability for delivering the Americas after-sales revenue and business growth targets. Additionally, you will plan, coordinate, and implement activities involving installing and servicing H.E.L’s range of instruments and equipment, investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment, and eliminate future operational or service difficulties.
